Problem with T1 Circuit

Hello,

I encounter a problem that I am unable to resolve. So I was wondering if you guys can help me with it. I have a T1 and the ISP is ATT. So here is the config:

Old Configuration:

Router 1:

Router 2:
Cisco 2821
Cisco 2821
HWIC-1DSU-T1
HWIC-1DSU-T1

New Config.

Router 1:

Router 2:
Cisco 2911
Cisco 2911
VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1
HWIC-1DSU-T1

So when I replaced the routers, the T1 went down hard. I had ASI alarms I couldn't ping Router 2. I was able to get to Router 1 becuase P0 goes to other site and P1 goes to Router 2. So what I ended up doing is install HWIC-1DSU-T1 in Router 1 and I was able to ping Router 2. But I couldn't make Router 1 using the VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1 to ping Router 2. I have similar configuration on other sites, where we use these the same models cards and routers.

Thanks in advance.

I doubt you'll get much help until you post some configs and some diagnostics.
