@balaji.bandi

the router is " cisco vIOS router "

even i try a new topology but nothing is changed

i can't ping to 8.8.8.8 and i can't open the firtigate in the website !

have you another solution please !

if the Fortinet working when you connect to Cloud - then issue with the image. google the below image and add to your lab and test.

I use PNET(same as eve)  and CML  for testing for my PoC all works great with the below IOL image.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hello
Based on your topology and the below readout then its incorrect

IF you have ip routing enabled on the rtr then a default-gateway isn't applicable, also the default static route at present will be arping for every unknown address, which is very resource intensive

Lastly I don't see any Network Translation on the rtr so unless the "cloud" is aware of those internal subnets be it via static or dynamic routing then NAT is indeed required.

For basic reachability to the cloud for the rtrs gig0/3 interface make the following changes and test again

no ip def-getaway 192.168.2.1

no ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 gi0/3

ip routing

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 gi0/3 192.168.3.x < cloud next-hop ip>
