Point A The router on the edge of your site--------MPLS cloud--------Point B The router on the other side of the MPLS cloud

PIng from A to B, if still a problem, to me its a service provider issue.

Dear,

I dont have access to MPLS router in my premises, But is try to ping from Desktop to the internal interface of MPLS router which is connected to core switch then also i can get the result.  I'm correct???????

Apart from this what toubleshooting hints can you give me for the Core which is connected to MPLS router in my premises.

Thanks

I do not see that as a good test.  If are pinging on your internall network to the MPLS routers int...when does it enter the clou?.  If your pinging from your desktop, you throw in patch cables, physical networking port, access switches, that all could have an influence on your ping time.    If you think your SP is the problem, have them check the line.  If they did and say nothing is wrong, then you will need greater access to your network to discover the culprit.
