Supervisor Engine - Hw module x Reset

Hi everybody, can anybody help me with this:

Please explain to me what do this comand:"hw-module module 7 reset "

I used this comand, and it cause me this problem:

Powers off and powers back on whatever module is in this slot.

Hello Luis,

As leo said this is equivalent to redundnct reload peer since the module installed in slot 7 is supervisor engine.

since you already confirmed that your standby is in rommon mode in some other post it will show your output like

peer is not present
