unfortunately - I was suggesting

12.2.x. SY for Sup2T and 6T

you have Sup 720 (I do not see any image available to download)

If you looking to keep this chassis some more time in the network - use refurbished cards

Sup2T or Sup6T

to breath some more time.

Cat 6K end of Life

you need to look replace models

Cat 9K

moving forward.

These kit was end of life and support some time back.

at this stage we are not sure what happend - my guess are below .

Last reset from power-on

1. due to long uptime, system may have crashed (look dir - see any crash files)

2. show cpu (check any high CPU at the time of reload if you have any NMS)

3. or high memory use

there is new code last on 12.2.(55?) i think - so upgrade to that code if you still looking to keep this kit.

Most other suggestion, upgrade to latest model to minimise the risk of business loss of services.

Switch come back normal and passed all the tests, so i do not see any issue for now, but keep monitor.

by any chance is this part of VSS ?
