Depends on what you are purchasing.

The factory in Russia will be coming online soon and this will "serve" the eastern European sector.

Nearly all the Catalyst switches are from factories in China.  Wireless access points are also in China.

Factories in Mexico have been closed down (as of 2012).

Worldwide. I know of factories in Mexico. Cina, Czech Republic and for sure there are more.

If you need to know the Country of Origin, contact Cisco sales office with the specific models you will be buying and they can answer.

The best answer is provided by having your authorized Cisco partner go to our "Country of Origin List Download" site and download the file which lists exact COO's for each product ID (PID).  Your authorized Cisco partner should be able to access that file.

Thanks!
