Looks like Cisco Secure desktop is end of life a while back ( https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/obsolete/security/cisco-secure-desktop.html).
Customer wishes to have a mac filtering that do not allow end users' personal laptops to remote VPN into the network due to security so a way to do do this would the host scan \ mac filtering. According this the following: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/660/fdm/fptd-fdm-config-guide-660/fptd-fdm-ravpn.html.
Looks like ISE is a solution but may be too costly and something that is deployed for a large number of users. Just trying to see if there a more simpler solution for around 200 users to restrict the MAC address (check their mac address to allow only corporate laptops\desktops to be able to VPN into the network).
