Nexus 5000 N5K lots of snmp get errors

Hi all,

We have deployed an N5000 which is polled by a management station.

Since then the log gets flooded with messages like this:

I guess this is becuase the management station polls a non-existing mib variable. However, i don't want this to be logged to the log file.

How to prevent this ?

Logging levels are at:

logging level snmpd 1

System version: version 4.1(3)N2(1a)

This is a bug (CSCsv84108) which was fixed in 4.2

HI all,

I got the same error messages so I come through this thread, but we're running actuall v 5.1.3 which much newer than 4.2.

  BIOS:      version 3.5.0

  loader:    version N/A

  kickstart: version 5.1(3)N2(1b)

  system:    version 5.1(3)N2(1b)

anyone know how to fix this.
