the port is connected to a dell server with broadcom 57414 25g nic, in this nic is a cisco-compatible 10gb sfp+

the server thinks the port is up, nexus says its down, however, we are able to tcpdump packets coming from nexus over the "down" link. I dont know how to force it up now, t should already work. Vlans are running

thanks for any hint.

if this is 25G nic, can work with 10G compatable, then try no autonegition on Cisco side (# no negotiate auto). ( also if the config allow set the port speed 10GB on dell side)

can you post show interface eth 1/1
