server discovery failed

when I tried to install new UCS B200M4 the discovery of the blades failed as shown in the attached images

but when inserting B200M3 it discovered automatically in the chassis as in fig. error 3

Seems like you are not running 2.2.3a (or later) for UCSM  The release notes:  http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/release/notes/ucs_2_2_rn.html#pgfId-238846 ; under  "New Hardware Features in Release 2.2" shows that is the version that will make UCSM recognize the new M4 servers.
