The SBCS Team
I have been doing some testing with CCA 2.0 and the early adopter version. I haven't been able to get the CP524 to accept TimeCardView. Is this something the phone is not capable of?
The CP-500 phones should work with TCV. Please ensure that you are running the latest phone load, 8.1.16b.
Marcos
I have, and it has the load. I will do some more research.
Edit: I changed the Services URL in Unity. It somewhat fixed the issue. Now TCV and VoiceView have been merged on the phone. I can log in and use both applications, but I am not able to log out of the applications. I don't know if anyone else has run into this or have even tested it, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It appears when uploading the 7.0.3 software pack via CCA2.0 the phone loads are not loaded correctly to our clients' UC520 platform.
For example, the flash:/phones/7975/ folder only contains term75.default.loads, and not the remainder of the loads in the pack. I have re-applied the pack twice with no effect.
I am now manually extracting the phone loads tar and uploading files individually to get this customer site up and running again... not well tested it seems.
rowseybat1,
Can you please initiate a discussion on your URL issue so we can take a look at what you are seeing? Using CCA is the recommended way to activate applications.
Marcos
smproductions,
What upgrade options did you check when you loaded 7.0.3? Did you choose to format the flash? What software pack did you have before?
Thanks,
Marcos
Using CCA 2.0 and clicking the box (Auto Format my Flash) my 7975 looks like this:

Marcos,
Client's environments were on the 4.2.9 pack, and while I realise that 7.0.2 was between them, a properly tested application would upgrade from any previous version - especially since the content is actually stored within the software pack tars.
Cheers,
Scott
4.2.9 to 7.0.3 upgrade path is supported by CCA 2.0. If I select "format flash" in the upgrade settings, my phone directories are built correctly...
My mistake. I didn't select that option as we store client's logos, backup configs, etc on the flash.
In future I will backup the files from flash, and select the 'format flash' option.
In addition to this however, the config wasn't updated to use the new phone loads, backgrounds, ringtones, etc , I had to do that manually. I still can't get the backgrounds working again since the upgrade.
