Hello,
I am currently looking into using Smart Call Home my 5520 and was wondering whether SCH offered the utility of PSIRT on this platform?

Smart Call Home provides reports on the following items:
● Installed hardware and software.
● Tracking of technology and feature deployment.
● Field notices, PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team), and End of Life
notifications.
● Historical event information and configuration best practices.
The backend does this for all supported devices.

Hi Chris,
Lawrence is correct, SCH combines all of this troubleshooting information in a single portal to make administration easier and less time consuming.
In the Smart Call Home portal, you will find PSIRT under the name Security Advisories. Field Notices, End of Life/End of Support notices, and Security Advisories can be found under Advisories in the Device Report.
