Hi everyone,
We are facing a small issue on our catalyst 9300 with Smart Licensing.
They 've been registered into our CSSM onprem server and were Authorized since.
Now were are getting regularly the following messages :
Aug 26 2020 13:25:53.012 CET: %SMART_LIC-5-AUTHORIZATION_EXPIRED: Authorization period expired
Aug 26 2020 14:25:53.366 CET: %SMART_LIC-5-IN_COMPLIANCE: All entitlements and l icenses in use on this device are authorized
Aug 26 2020 14:25:53.367 CET: %SMART_LIC-6-AUTH_RENEW_SUCCESS: Authorization ren ewal successful. State=authorized for udi PID:C9300-48P,SN:FCW2147G0S6
Aug 26 2020 15:25:53.367 CET: %SMART_LIC-5-AUTHORIZATION_EXPIRED: Authorization period expired
It looks like the 9300 switches are not able to renew their authorization. The only way I found to renew it is to renew auth manually : license smart renew auth
Is there another way that enables the switch to renew their authorization automatically ?

Our symptoms are identical except that ours in on the ISR 4331 platform. Every hour it toggles between being in compliance and being expired.
