we are unable to upload inventory using collector: "solarwinds NCM connector" . getting "invalid User ID" error.
login to SNTC portal is working with same CCO ID.

Hi There,
Can you private message me the CCO ID being used and also the customer details that is being selected in NCM?
The address has to match exactly the address of customer account for which SNTC portal is created.
