Access to CSAM

Dear community,

The Partner's Delegated Administrator has troubles trying to access the CSAM. Does he need to register to the CSAM platform? The customer can't grant the CBR user to the partner due to this problem.

You may advise Partner to follow the steps here to get their partner company onboarded into CSAM.
