Access to customer SNTC portal

Hi Cisco

One of our customers has given us access to their SNTC portal.

When logging in to services.cisco.com the page is blank for 10 seconds and then redirected to another page. 

I receive this message "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection"

Can you advise how to get access?
