Hello,

When I try to access the site https://www.certmetrics.com ›cisco, I am redirected to this site:

https://cloudsso.cisco.com//as/GuwvS/resume/as/authorization.ping?pf.continue=clicked&pf.idpId=identity.cisco.com&pf.userType=federated

The message below appears:

Sign On in Progress

Your identity is being provisioned to all required systems.

You will be automatically redirected to your application in a few minutes.

Please do not close or refresh your browser.

After waiting for about 2 or 3 minutes, the following windows/page appears. This has been appearing since I purchased the product. I've tried it after clearing the cache, different browsers,.. Same issue (see capture01)

When I refresh the page it gives me the error message as shown in capture02.

Could you please help me to correct this problem?
