A pleasure to greet you, my name Rodolfo Hernández I am Collector Specialist at *** Internacional, this is to make a query about the telemetry portal for a client of ours from the region of Honduras the company name is Sherwin Williams, We have been trying to deploy for more than 15 days collector, even though we followed the implementation guide and complete all of the steps we continue receiving the following SNTC Portal image but can not move forward with deploying collector.
The SNTC contracts both are associated with the profile of ****swdeca.com and verified and reviewed in the PSS Tool.
The delegated administrator ****swdeca.com accepted the terms and conditions in the CSAM TOOL and after more than a week he still cannot display the navigation panel in the SNTC Portal, the idea is to configure the COLLECTOR- DISCOVERY- UPLOAD, but as showed before we got the image previously presented.
This is impacting the customer perception of the service and is questioning whether service is valuable or not.

I have updated related information on this to fix issue. Please request DA to logout and log back in to SNTC portal. Please do let me know if DA has any question.
For your information, partner needs to have CBR role to have access to end customer portal.
