Hello, I have a customer requesting assistance for CSAM Access on their account. Their sole DA is gone right now on PTO and they have a critical need to review the data on their Portal and have access granted to them.  Please assist. Thank you. rgers

Hi All Could you please advise?We have an issue where we are not seeing serial numbers on any of the customers reports that we get from the SNTC Portal.We've replaced the registration certificate and reboot the collector but still see the same issue....
