Hello,
After the update CSPC 2.7.1 came out, I applied the update. Then I noticed that I was getting the "The tail-end gateway is not registered yet" error when I export or upload the inventory. I'm now on CSPC 2.7.2.5. I re-exported my entitlement with no success. I looked in the "Upload Processing" status and noticed many in "In Processing" state.
Any suggestions? I have not gotten a success on upload after Aug 27th of 2017, just after I updated to CSPC 2.7.1.
Thank you,
Clark Collins IV

Hi Clark,
You mentioned that I'm now on CSPC 2.7.2.5. I re-exported my entitlement with no success.
1) what error are you receiving? Please supply us with screenshot of error?
2) Have you tried generating new certificate and uploading new certificate to collector?
3) Please private message me with company name, inventory and appliance id.
Thanks,
Supriya

Hi Clark,
Under 'upload processing' tab on SNTC portal, I am seeing only system replayed that was due to SNTC4.0 migration. If you can get be below logs that will help to investigate further on why uploads are failing:
Please private message me below:
Using admin CLI login:
show version -d
From root, run below command:
cat /etc/hosts
cat /etc/sysconfig/network
wget https://72.163.7.113/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ --no-check-certificate
Please grab below from root as well:
/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/nohup.out
/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log
Thanks,
