Hello everyone,
I have a customer that cannot assign CBR Access Issues to us as an external user. We have tried different browsers and other various standard troubleshooting methods, but we have not resolved nor reached a conclusion to the issue. I have the information and some screenshots of the errors that are producing as well; any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated.
