I am trying to associate two coworkers CCO ID's to our company in CSAM so that they can access the Smart Services portal and view the results from our collector. When I search for their CCO ID's I get the attached error. Please help, opening a ticket through the link provided in the error message only results in being told that I have to be a Cisco Partner to use this. Thanks

Hi Tim,
What browser are you using? Firefox and Chrome are the recommended browsers for CSAM. If you are using one of those, try logging out, closing the tab and re-launching. If the issue is still occurring, please update this post and we will troubleshoot further.

I have tried it using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and IE and each one gives the same error.
