My client has 3 branches, and run by different managers.
We need to install the collector, but we are having difficulty accessing SNTC to download the certificate.
That said, I would like to know if it is possible to access a collector that is operational, and only download the certificate (Generate a new CSP-C entitlement)?
If I have the certificate that was generated directly from SNTC, I believe I will not have any problems with the information.

Thank you for contacting Cisco.
To install the CSPC certificate you can follow up this guide:
It is not possible to generate the cerficate from an existing collector, only from SNTC portal.
If you already have the zip file previously downloaded, you can use it without problems on the new collector.

The process to download a certificate from the SNTC portal is:
1. Select Library >> Administration >> All Collectors
2. Select the desired inventory and then click on Actions >> Download.

On the other hand, if you are facing issues accesing SNTC portal, we recommend to clear cookies and cache and try again on incognito mode and try on different browsers.
