@erdem5555 hi, you can create new cisco account if you dont have. then add your contract ID to the access management via profile settings. you can get support from the cisco reseller or cisco support if any errors. use below link for steps.

I've already completed this step. However, when I attempt to log in to the Smartnet Total Care Portal, I get redirected to the registration page.

Hi,
I've also noticed that attempting to access the CSAM Portal results in the following error:
"You are not authorized to access this resource"
