Can't access SNTC portal

My administrator has granted me access to SNTC but I can't login; when I try I am redirected to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/stage/#/promo. It has been 36+ hours - please advise on next steps.

Please try now?  have synced that request and you should be able to access now
