Can't login to SNTC or services portal blank

Seems like I'm having the same issue as others. The services page is blank once I login to the SNTC.

Who can I PM my CCO ID?

I am also unable to login to API developer portal (https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/apiplatform/apx/#/portals)
