Cannot get CSPC reports

Hi everybody.

 

I have the next situation: I installed the CSPC Collector 2.8 appliance in my customer platform. We generated the certificate using a valid Cisco contract and the appliance was registered without any issue. The devices were discovered and we made the register into the Cisco Services portal. Well, I need to get a report where I can see the contract number for each device, the lifecycle for hardware and the IOS version available. I have tried to get it from the appliance but I can't find an option. When I try to get it from the Cisco Service portal, I cannot see the inventory from my appliance (but I can see the appliance ID). I have tried to download a Data report to upload it to the portal, but I see an error when I try to upload it.

 

Can you help me to obtain this report?

The process is do discovery - then do a collection on those devices you have discovered.  The default collection profiled need to be scheduled to run weekly and it will upload the data to the portal at each instance it runs
