Hello we have a PSS collector deploy and install an additional SNTC certificate to work both ways. However, when doing a collect to upload information to https://services.cisco.com/ it is not uploading to any information in the SNTC section.
I have also try deleting the PSS certificate as a matter of test but collector still thinks is PSS even though it only has SNTC certificate, please check below error.

If this account has PSS support contract please open a case with TAC. with the Title : Need to to make this account Multiservice for PSS and SNTC.

No, we don't have support contract for this.
Is there any other workaround?

yes you do . you just placed the wrong contract while opening the case. PSS cases requires PSS contracts and you opened with another. I have correct the case, and corrected the entitlement People . below are the valid contract types for PSS
