CBR Access granted 46 hours ago and still unable to access customer portal

Will share details in PM.  Customer granted access almost 48 hours ago and I'm still unable to access their portal.

Hey,

As there is no authorized reseller of the contract you can contact the end customer organization account management team to give partner company authorized reseller status in the contract and then we can proceed with adding the CBR role
