Hi Community,
Our customer granted my CCO CBR USER rights more than 24h ago but it is still not showing up in my list of customers in the total care portal.
Please assist.

It does not look like your CCO has any CBR Roles. Can you send me the customer details and CCO ID to which CBR role was assigned? You may send these details via private message.
