CBRAdmin access issue

Hi team, 

 

My customer assigned CBRAdmin access for my company to his Smart Net Total Care Portal two days ago and I still not able to access his STNC Portal.

 

I need some help with this issue, please. We need his base view to work on some coverages.

We have performed a manual sync for your account and you were able to see the CBR role on SNTC.
