Change Cisco switch 9200 location

Our Company bought the cisco 9200 in Hong Kong. After that we shipped the cisco switch to Ho Chi Minh city. We want to buy cisco smartnet in Vietnam, but the switch location have been registered in Hong Kong. Could you kindly help us change the switch location to Ho Chi Minh city address?
