Check Update Failing

I need to upgrade our CSPC from v2.4 to v2.7.3. When I run the 'check update' command I get the following error:

An internal error occurred while executing the request. Please try again later.

I am able to validate my credentials during the 'conf serv enable' command. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Can you please check and see if the manual patch installation steps for (jeos-20.1.2-0-lnx64.zip) help to resolve your issues?  The steps are available here on page 3.  However, since you are on one of our older versions of CSPC which requires a few updates, you may also want to look at deploying a new 2.7.3 OVA image which may be a faster approach to getting your CSPC up and running smoothly.
