Hello,

Where do we select to Collect third party devices from the discoveries? From the Manage Data Collection Profiles and select All Managed Devices?

Hello,

If the CSPC is unable to correctly identify a discovered device it will place it into the "GenericNetworkDevices" group automatically.  This may also include third party devices found during discovery.  However, in addition you can create manual Device Groups which can be managed/named to represent third party devices by going to (Settings -> Device Groups -> Create Device Groups) and setting up a set of rules or manually identifying the devices you'd like placed into the group.

Thank you,

Jarrett
