Cisco CSPC 2.10 GUI credentials - how can I reset this through CLI

we redeployed the server to upgrade, when reaching the server on the GUI, it didn't ask me to set a new password. how can I set the GUI credentials through CLI (I do have access to admin, root and the collectorlogin accounts on the CLI). or is there a default username and password. I really hope we don't need to redeploy.

i used the below steps CSPC 2.8 it works for me

no because the login button is grayed out until we enter a username/password
