Cisco Portal page aka https://services.cisco.com/ is showing blank page not allowing us to run any kind of reports. The blank page is showing on 3 browsers, chrome, firefox and IE.
This is what we are seeing:

I hope you are doing great.
Based on the screenshot, that user should have no issues on access. I checked and it shows me that the access is fine.
Please try:
- Clear cookies and cache.
- Test with Private mode.
- Let me know if it works.

Thanks for picking up this one. It is a strange issue as firefox is saying my user does not have enough access level..

Just out of curiosity, did you create/schedule a Data Collection Profile? I believe that is what allows the CSPC to upload to the portal. It's under Settings/Manage Data Collection Profiles
