I have an SNTC Collector that I use across multiple customer networks (Working for an SP).
The collections are run on an adhoc basis so I :-
1. Clear credentials
2. Unmanage all devices
3. Change SNMP and IP Discovery settings on the collector.
Data from previous collections remains on the Portal and requires editing of the reports to clear out other customers data. (becoming painful)
Is there a way to wipe the Portal clean to remove any previous collection data?
Do I need to request a different certificate for each customer the discovery is run on in order to segregate this data on the Portal?

This setup you have sounds like a serious security risk for your customers' data.
To answer your question, no the portal can't be wiped clean every time you need to run a collection/upload to generate reports. Your customers should have separate SNTC portals and their own collectors & certificates. You should consider using our Partner Support Service which allows for a central partner controlled portal but allows for multiple customers to upload to your view and keeps the data separate. https://community.cisco.com/t5/partner-support-service/ct-p/5456-partner-support-service

Thanks for the response and you have confirmed what I suspected.
I have been working with Cisco (as a partner) since 2010 when they bought out CNAC (Cisco Network Asset Collector) the pre cusrsor to CSPC / SNTC / PSS how ever you want to call it these days. Many meetings around security so I think we have that covered (as much as can be).
