Receiving "Click Accept Error - Your connection has timed out" when accepting legal document
I
1. Click "Useful Links"
2. Click "Account Management"
3. Click "Cisco Service Access Management"
4. Selected "Party Administrator - Review Legal Agreement"
5. Clicked next on the "Step 1: Read/download the agreement"
6. Scroll Down the "Cisco Service Access Management Agreement"
7. Type Company Name
8. Click "Accept"
9. Error Pops up "Click Accept Error - Your connection has timed out. Please reload.

Can you try accepting legal terms now? The backend team has applied a fix for your userid today.

@sardinasa just got thru. on the initial page, i scrolled all the way to the bottom, back up, and then back to the bottom. then it let me go thru. good luck
