Hi,
I have a problem with running report in CSP Collector 2.7
The report for managed devices doesn't show serial numbers in it.
The SerialNumber field is empty while it did have information in version 2.2

Hello Sergey,
For CSPC 2.7, you can enable the serial number check by updating the below settings. Can you please see if after this is enabled and rerunning a discovery if you're able to view the serial numbers in the report?
Settings -> Discovery Settings -> Serial Number Duplicate Check -> Yes

Just be aware that this will also prevent the discovery of devices with duplicate serial numbers. For example, if you put all the VDCs of a Nexus 7K into the CSPC, I believe you will only get one of them. So there are negative consequences, which is why it is disabled by default. I would consider leaving it disabled and using the SNTC portal to see serial numbers instead.

Actually enabling "Serial Number Duplicate Check" solved the problem.

Hello,
The serial number column will be populated if the CSPC is able to successfully find a serial number of the device in ENTITY-MIB during the initial discover job. Can you please see if the serial numbers are available on the SNTC Portal after performing an inventory and upload?
