When trying to add an ISR-1100-4G SD-WAN appliance running Viptela code, the collector imports the device as a generic device. The Viptella vEdge-100B device work great but I can't get the 1100's to add properly. There is 1 platform definition for Viptela that is locked that might be missing an OID for the 1100. Is there an easy remedy for this or should I upgrade my collector?
I'm currently running CSPC 2.9.1

Hello,
You will not be able to see it on CSPC because Viptela does not put these values in the standard location CSPC is looking for. The SNTC portal should be showing these.
We would like to inform that Viptela is very limited in terms of collecting right now.
No special collection is done for SD-WAN on IOS-XE at this time, since no requirement has been provided by any business service (i.e. BCS or SNTC).
Furthermore, we would not recommend to upgrade your CSPC 2.9.1 , Production version of CSPC 2.10 is now released, you can Deploy it.
Thanks & regards,
Devashish Bourai.

Support for that Device was added in Rule Package 4.14 bundled with 2.9.1.1 CSPC version and also 2.10 release.

The Serial Number is still not identified correctly for ISR1100-4G SD-Wan boxes in CSPC 2.10. I am adding snmpwalk details for a 100B and an ISR1100-4G. The 100B works and the ISR1100-4G does not. Both seem to store the SN# in the same place.
Thanks in Advance!
