The customer need to install the collector of SNTC, but the collector of version 2.8.1.6 have a centOS 6 and for policy of company, ins't permit to install centOS below of version 7.
Currently the CSPC is only available with the CentOS 6.x version. No testing on in place upgrading has been done by Cisco to update the CentOS version of the CSPC either. It's possible future releases of the CSPC may run on a more recent version of CentOS but no announcement has been made at this time.
