Smart Net Total Care Portal. I notice the following Collector upload Collection Name: transport_20190808T065732475-0700_9999003722138_CSP0009041602_CSPC has Status IN PROGRESS since August 9th 2019. Do you have any idea how this can be repaired or canceled?

Hi,
Currently, there is a huge (600+) backlog which is causing long delays for inventory processing at Cisco backend.
As a result, you will not be able to see the latest upload. The portal is processing the uploads as quickly as possible. Engineering teams are monitoring the issue.

You may want subscribe to notifications of the SNTC reporting portal issues. This way you'll be proactively notified. Otherwise, you can always check when you suspect a problem.
