Hello Stephen,
It appears that one of our Front Line agents has nominated you as the Company Delegated Administrator(DA) and provided access to the SNTC portal as a Customer Administrator today. I've manually synced the back end ahead of our 24 hour schedule and you should be able to login to https://services.cisco.com
Please let me know if this is not the case and we can look into this issue further.
Additionally, please log into https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/ and accept the Terms and Conditions required for DA nomination acceptance.
