Company name was missing in your profile and the address of the party id does not match with the one in your profile

When I try and sign up and join this smartnet, it gives me an email with the message below: "Thank you for contact us It looks that your profile had not been updated and the company name was missing in your profile and the address of the party id does not match with the one in your profile." I'm totally, utterly, and completely frustrated to the highest degree with this process. If you need me to fill in "missing information", that I now deem as impossible to be missing, then please give me exact instructions on what to do now, because this is becoming quite the joke. I've updated every box on the whole of everything to do with Cisco, everywhere, on any page, to the fullest extent, and yet I still get an email with the message above. Please put me out of my misery and just give me precise, detailed information, with specific links, on exact data, ideally with screenshots, of whats missing. I don't want an email or response saying to click a link that takes you to the main page anymore. I need precise instructions. Thanks, Steve

Hello Stephen,

It appears that one of our Front Line agents has nominated you as the Company Delegated Administrator(DA) and provided access to the SNTC portal as a Customer Administrator today. I've manually synced the back end ahead of our 24 hour schedule and you should be able to login to https://services.cisco.com

Please let me know if this is not the case and we can look into this issue further.

Additionally, please log into https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/ and accept the Terms and Conditions required for DA nomination acceptance.
