Hello, I have an issue where a customer is trying to remove Customer User and API User access from themselves. They also cannot remove the Start Date field that they had set in the past.

Hi There,
How is the DA trying to remove the roles, do they see any error message on CSAM tool while doing so?
From under "Assigned Roles", the customer DA should be able to un-select the roles that that are not required.
Also to edit/remove the start date, try selecting the date and hit delete key on windows - chrome browser.
