It seems that if the PID in CCW-R does not 100% correspond to the PID in the smartnet portal the item in the portal does not get the contract attached. Is that normal? We need that to get fixed, else SmartNet Portal is completely useless.
Example:
Serialnumber CAT2417L4ES
- in CCW-R the PID is C9500-24Y4C-A, in the portal (from the cisco collector) C9500-24Y4C (-A is missing)
Serialnumber N2348UPQ-FA-BUN
- in CCW-R the PID is N2348UPQ-FA-BUN, in the portal (from the cisco collector) N2K-C2348UPQ (no bundle name)
Like almost no device is recognized.
Are we the only ones having these problem?
Is a match in the serial number not enough to be recognized as a product?
