Hello,
A client of ours allowed us to create a external role user account so we could manage the SNTC portal of their company for them.
I created an CBRAdmin account and to my surprise we had no visibility over the contracts on the portal.
My question is, is it possible to a partner create a external role and got full visibility on the portal like a delegated admin?
Thanks!

Hello,
It is not possible to grant access to see all contract data. The contract data is filtered based on the Bill-To of the given contract. You will only see contract details where your company owns the Bill-To –Id and that your company sold to the end customer. The Customer Admin can grant you a Letter of Authorization to see a limited set of the contract data for a specific period.

I see. But what about the Serial numbers?
I'm asking because on the inventory, devices like switches and routers has the SNs displayed but the cucm and hundreds of phones does not.

Hi there. Recently we sold a SNT contract to one of our customers. They want us to manage it, because they don't know the procedure for creating TAC's and everything about networking... So, I tried to associate the contract to our company, but the request was denied. How could we do in order to manage the SNT for our customer? Please give me the step by step procedure.
Best regards!
