Covered Device showing Not Covered

A serial number I have proof of coverage is showing covered in CSCC, yet uncovered in SNTC. Please PM me for the serial number and help me troubleshoot.

Why would this happen?

CSV Import from December 2016.  Order was placed shortly after.  Shouldn't it pull in accurate information?
