We currently have a deployment of SNTC and the tool is incorrectly showing some HW are not being covered under a contract. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Attach are some screen shots of the issue.
The engineering team have created a CDET to address this issue. The number is CSCvc74629. You can track this on the Bug Search Tool : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/
