Hi, I've searched the CSPC documentation and support forums and haven't seen confirmation the Collector support IP phones discovery via a virtual Unified Comms Manager. Can anyone advised if it's supported? Thanks.
Yes it does. Would you know the SNMP sysObjectId for your virtual server just so I can confirm? Also, your CUCM needs the Call Manager SNMP Service running.
