Hi,
I am trying to use the CASPI to look write scripts regarding our SmarNet inventory. When I try to pull information down regarding he inventory, it gives me an error asking for the Customer ID.
{'status': 400, 'message': 'Invalid input request', 'reason': {'errorCode': 'API_VALIDATION_017', 'errorInfo': "'customerId' Is required"}}
Upon initiating the API request for the Customer Details to find out the Customer ID, the API returns back a blank data set. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is?

Hello,
After verifying the details, the Party ID comes out to be -12642.
The customer is assigned as API developer role.
I have pushed a Manual sync as well.
Please try the request/access in incognito mode and try again.
Do share the screenshot of the error or blank, if you receive any.

Party ID-
CCO ID-
Company name-
Contract No.-
over the PM, To verify their roles in CSAM.

3. Company Name: The J. M. Smucker Company
4. Not sure on the contract No. Where do we see that?
